Wide Belt Sanding and Edgebanding

At Westrup Woodworks we offer expertise in operating our wide belt sander and edgebanding machines.

Wide Belt Sanding

Our wide belt sander is a two head machine capable of sanding surfaces up to 51 inches wide. We sand anything from slabs, tabletops, doors and face frames. We offer a variety of finished surfaces from rough (36 grit finished), to standard (120 grit finished), or fine sanding (180 grit finished).

• Minimum (First 25 Min) - $75.00

• Hourly - $180.00

• $10.00 belt change/fine sanding fee

Edgebanding

We offer premium edgebanding on our Brandt Optimat 55. We can edgeband boards up to 1 and 9/16 inches or 40 millimeters thick. Please bring your own non-glued edgebanding material.

• Minimum (First 25 Min) - $75.00

• Hourly - $180.00
